Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website audiolivescore.com, the AudioLiveScore mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Global Business Vision s.r.o. (the "Operator", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About the Operator

2. Definitions

  • "Service" means the website audiolivescore.com, the AudioLiveScore mobile applications and all related features, including live audio commentary, audio streams of sporting events, live scores, statistics, lineups, head-to-head data, league tables and any other content provided by the Operator.
  • "Content" means all audio, textual, graphical, photographic, video and data content available through the Service, including audio commentary, statistics, logos, trademarks, names of clubs, leagues, federations, players and any other elements.
  • "User" or "you" means any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Third-Party Marks" means logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, badges, jerseys, colours and other identifiers of football clubs, teams, leagues, federations, competitions, players, coaches, sponsors and other sports entities displayed within the Service.

3. The Service

3.1 The Service provides live audio commentary, live scores, lineups, statistics, league standings and related information for football and other sports.

3.2 The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

3.3 The Operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, available at all times, or free from defects.

3.4 The Service is intended for users aged 18 years or older.

4. Intellectual property rights

4.1 All Content, including audio commentary, text, graphics, design, source code, databases, audio production and editorial work, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of the Operator or of third parties from whom the Operator has obtained the relevant licences.

4.2 Third-Party Marks displayed within the Service are NOT owned by the Operator. All Third-Party Marks are the exclusive property of their respective owners. The Operator claims no ownership, licence, partnership, sponsorship or other commercial relationship with any of these owners by displaying their marks.

4.3 The use of Third-Party Marks within the Service is limited to nominative use for the purposes of identifying the sporting entities to which the displayed information relates. Such use is provided solely for informational purposes for Users and does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or commercial relationship.

4.4 If you are an owner of any trademark or logo displayed in the Service and you object to its use, please contact the Operator at info@gbvision.cz. We will address your concern without undue delay, typically within seven (7) business days.

4.5 You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal and non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

5. Prohibited uses

5.1 You must not do any of the following, whether directly or through any third party, automated tool, browser extension, script, software or service:

a) download, record, capture, copy, store on any hard drive, device memory or other recording medium any audio commentary, audio stream, video, image, statistics dataset or other Content of the Service;

b) perform any form of screen recording, audio recording, screen capture or other capture of the visual or audio output of the Service;

c) use, develop or distribute any technology designed to circumvent technical protection measures preventing downloading, copying or unauthorised access to Content;

d) use stream rippers, downloaders, scrapers, bots, web crawlers, headless browsers, API extraction tools, automated scripts or any other means to extract, mirror, index, harvest or archive any Content;

e) re-stream, retransmit, broadcast, share or otherwise publicly make available any Content of the Service to third parties, whether via your own websites, applications, social networks, peer-to-peer networks, IPTV or any other channels;

f) modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, nor extract data from the Service's databases other than as permitted by these Terms;

g) use the Service or its Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Operator;

h) use the Content to build, train or develop competing data services, livescore products, betting tools, audio commentary services, sports databases or AI models;

i) remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in the Service;

j) embed, frame, iframe or otherwise integrate the Service or any part of it into any other website, application or product without the prior written consent of the Operator;

k) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, the Operator's servers, networks, infrastructure or any User account;

l) use the Service in any manner that could damage, overload, impair or disrupt the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service;

m) use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or in any manner that infringes any third party's rights.

5.2 Any violation of this Section 5 entitles the Operator to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service and to pursue all available legal remedies, including damages, restitution and criminal complaint where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence (in the Czech Republic, see Section 270 of the Criminal Code).

6. Sports data and third-party content

6.1 Sports data, statistics, results, fixtures, lineups and related information provided through the Service originate from the Operator's licensed data partners and are protected by the intellectual property rights of those parties.

6.2 The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data but provides no warranty as to completeness, accuracy or currentness. The Service must not be used as the sole or decisive source of information for any decision, particularly betting, financial or investment decisions.

7. Sports betting and gambling

7.1 The Service is not a gambling operator and is not a bookmaker. All information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only.

7.2 If you use information from the Service for the purposes of sports betting or any form of gambling, you do so entirely at your own risk. The Operator accepts no liability for any financial loss arising in connection with your gambling activity.

7.3 Sports betting and gambling are regulated or prohibited in many jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Gambling is reserved for persons aged 18 years or older. Gambling can be addictive. Please play responsibly.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Operator's liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Czech law. Where the User is a consumer within the meaning of Czech law, statutory consumer protections remain unaffected.

10. Changes to the Terms

10.1 The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Service and the effective date will be updated.

10.2 Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Termination

11.1 You may stop using the Service at any time.

11.2 The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

11.3 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 4 (IP), 5 (Prohibited uses) and 8 (Liability).

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 121/2000 Coll. (Copyright Act).

12.2 The courts of the Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

12.3 Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 The Operator's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

13.3 You may not assign or transfer these Terms without the Operator's prior written consent.
